Whether you need a complex specialised translation, a certified document or an interpreter for your negotiations, we calculate your offer individually and fairly.

Interpreter­ services

Guaranteed clear communication in all your discussions

Interpreting enables direct and culturally appropriate communication. Our experienced interpreters will accompany you confidently during business negotiations, official appointments, notary appointments, trade fairs or medical consultations.

How we calculate:

  • Hourly basis: Interpreting services are generally charged by the hour.

  • Billing cycle: The first hour or part thereof will be charged in full, and after this invoicing will be based on agreement.

  • Travelling expenses: Call-out fees and other travel expenses are shown separately and transparently.

Price factors: The hourly rate varies depending on the language combination, the type of service (consecutive, simultaneous or liaison interpreting) and the complexity of the specialised field.

Translator­ services

Precise texts from a native speaker

We translate your texts into the target language with technical accuracy and stylistic fidelity. We work exclusively with qualified native speakers and state-certified and sworn translators.

How we calculate:

  • Fixed price guarantee: We usually calculate translations at a fixed price or as a lump sum. This means you know exactly what you will be charged in advance.

  • Calculation basis: The price depends on the language combination, subject area, text volume and complexity.

  • Documents: We offer fixed flat rates for standard documents (e.g. certificates, testimonials) on request.

Important note: The minimum order value for translations is €50.00 (net).

Certified translations

Officially recognised for authorities

Do you need your translation for courts, government offices or universities? Our sworn translators will stamp, sign and certify your document.

  • Validity: Recognised worldwide.

  • Costs: Flat rate €12.90 (net) per document for certification (plus translation fee).

Taxes & EU advantage

Transparency for business customers

We calculate our prices fairly. All prices are net prices, exclusive of the statutory 19% VAT. We always provide you with an official quotation.

  • EU regulation: For corporate customers in other EU countries, German VAT does not apply if you can provide a valid VAT ID number (reverse charge procedure).

Shipping & delivery

Convenient delivery by post & e-mail

We work to your schedule. On request, we can scan your translation as soon as it is ready and e-mail it to you in advance, so that you can use it straight away.

  • Originals: Certified originals are sent by post.

  • Express: For urgent translations, dispatch by courier is also possible on request.

All prices are net, exclusive of 19% VAT.
